Chelsey Marrow LPCCS ITR-Traumatologist
TRAUMA RECOVERY WITH COMPASSION & CARE
Chelsey Marrow offers a personalized approach to trauma recovery, helping individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered on their healing journey. With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and certified Traumatologist, Chelsey specializes in the Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR) Method—a compassionate and effective way to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories.
She offers therapy in an intensive format, spread over several days or weekends, which allows for deeper healing that matches how trauma is stored in the brain.
Chelsey works closely with each client to create a treatment plan that fits their unique story, needs, and schedule. Her goal is to help clients find lasting relief, better understand their emotions and triggers, and develop tools to move through life with more confidence and peace.

Tricia Inverso, LISW-S

In Collaboration With
Marrow Counseling participates in whole-body health and wellness. When mental illness occurs, the whole body is affected, not just the brain. Physiological responses to stress, trauma, and mental health issues at large can affect wellness just as much as mental aspects. It is important to take care of the nervous system and organs and, when necessary, ensure developmental targets have been achieved in the brain when administering specific mental health treatments. Marrow Counseling collaborates with Saint Joseph Chiropractic and its doctors to ensure the whole body is healing.
